By using our website and our services contained therein, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of your Personal Data by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time for any reason. In case of any amendment, we will inform you about said amendment within a reasonable amount of time before the application of said amendment. Your use on or after the respective day on which the respective amendment commences into effect will constitute your consent to said respective amendment.

5 Adults only

Neither our website nor our services are intended for use by minors (people below the age of 18 years of age) without their legal representative’s consent. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information submitted by minors if the respective legal representative has not allowed the collection of said information. Upon notification of our collection of personal data of a minor without the respective representative’s consent, we will promptly delete such information.

6 Other sites

This Privacy Policy applies to our website and our services only. Despite the integration of plug-ins (e.g. Facebook “Like”-Button, Instagram “Follow”-Button” and Twitter “Follow”-Button) and links to third-party websites, our Privacy Policy does not apply to your interactions with other websites, even if you find such links on our website or if we send you such links no matter via which communication channel. We also do not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results, sites that include our applications, products and/or services, or links from within our various services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit Personal Data from you. These other sites maintain their own policies regarding cookies and the collection and use of Personal Data. It is up to you to review those policies yourself.

7 Security

I. Protecting your Personal Data is important to us. We use the industry standard technology to protect the security of your Personal Data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet and via mobile communications networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result thereof, while we are committed to protecting your Personal Data, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or through us.

8 Accessing your Personal Data

I. You have the right to access and rectification of the Personal Data that you have provided to us or to change your preferences. You can send an e-mail to the address mentioned below or on our website and state whether you want your Personal Data removed from our database, to opt-out of communications from us or to opt-out of communications from third party marketers or business partners (right to be forgotten). Additionally, upon request, we may also provide you with a (PDF) file containing all Personal Data we have of you but only such data that is meant to be re-used for purposes other than usage purposes solely applicable in regard to our services (right to data portability). Deleting your Personal Data or otherwise opting-out of receipt of communications from us or third parties will delete the data only in our database for purposes of managing future communications from us and you and/or third parties. These deletions will not delete Personal Data already collected that may have already been shared with third parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Policy. You will need to contact third parties that may contact you directly to delete your Personal Data that they may be using to contact you.
